A new and modern house with a swimming pool is located in the quiet place Tribalj, not far from the town of Crikvenica, which is approx. 6 km away.The house is suitable for 5 people and is ideal for families with children, and consists of two floors:The entrance is on the ground floor where there is a bathroom, kitchen with dining room, living room and another separate toilet. The ground floor is air-conditioned.An internal staircase leads to the first floor, where there is a bathroom with a bathtub, three bedrooms, two double, each with access to a balcony overlooking the pool, and one single room. Each room has a TV and air conditioning.A nice garden with swings for children and a covered terrace with a barbecue are available. In addition to the pool (salt water), there is also an outdoor shower and sun loungers...Enjoy the pool with a view of the mountains and greenery...Parking is in the yard. A garage is also available.The owners live two houses away and are available at any time.Only 500 m from the house is the famous Tribalj Lake. The attractive lake gives Tribalj a special charm. Tribalj is a paradise for fishermen, hang gliders and paragliders, as well as for cyclists, walkers and hunters.This villa is located in a quiet environment and is therefore not suitable for holding parties. Youth groups are not allowed.
