Just a five-minute drive from the sea, this villa offers convenient access to the region's attractions. The property covers 200 m² and features two interconnected apartments, making it perfect for either a large family or two friendly families sharing a vacation.
The villa is characterized by large windows that fill the interior with natural light and offer picturesque views of the surroundings. The interior of Villa St. Hedonist exudes a warm and modern ambiance, equipped with high-quality furniture and stylishly decorated to enhance the luxurious feel of the space.
One section of the house features a spacious living area with a convertible couch-bed, television, and dining table, alongside a fully equipped kitchen with a marble island. This part also houses a bedroom with a double bed, an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and television, another bedroom with two single beds and a separate bathroom. There is also an office room equipped with a television and a couch that converts into a bed.
The other section of the house includes another living area with a couch-bed, television, and dining table, a second fully equipped kitchen with a marble island, a bedroom with a double bed and separate bathroom, and another bedroom with two single beds and separate bathroom. Altogether, the villa can accommodate up to 11 guests.
Additional amenities enhance the comfort and luxury of the villa, including spacious closets in each bedroom, four televisions, free WiFi, heated floors, air conditioning in every room, and four terraces with stylish lounge sets. An open-air kitchen in the garden is ideal for grilling sessions.
