The villa has a private pool (7m X 4m), sauna, deck chairs and a sunlit garden with barbecue and terrace which will win you over with luxury and comfort. The villa of 280 m2 is spread over 2 floors. The ground floor has a kitchen, airy dining room with living room, sauna with bathroom and toilet. Upstairs, guests have at their disposal 4 bedrooms with double beds with fully equipped bathrooms, one of which has the possibility of an extra bed on the couch. An external staircase leads to the basement where the laundry is located, which is also at guests' disposal. The location of the villa is as exceptional as the villa itself, and offers you countless opportunities to explore the island. You will not make a mistake if you head to the interior of the island of Krk! It will delight you with hiking and biking trails, many narrow and hidden streets and passages, as well as the inevitable wine roads. IMPORTANT NOTES: On disposal to the guests villa offeres a beby bed and the high chair. There are 4 parking spaces at the property. Pet is not allowed. Parties are not allowed at the property.
