This is a lovely villa perfect for peaceful holiday and retreat. In the green hills of Istria, villa Sani is situated near Vodnjan, in a small village Gaiana. Its 100 m2 interior is lovingly decorated and furnished. Villa Sani has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, and the outside area of 1000 m2. The lovely pool and the barbecue are for your private use. The holiday home is surrounded by green nature and it is a really piece of paradise. If you wish to spend an active holiday you can also visiti the adrenalin park located only 7km from the villa. Nearby you can find local farms, where you can buy goat cheese, eggs, fresh vegetables etc.

Es war ein richtig schöner Aufenthalt in einer Wohnung, die uns sehr gut gefallen hat. Eventuell wichtig für alle Interessenten: es handelt sich um die Erdgeschosswohnung, die Wohnung im Obergeschoss wird ebenfalls vermietet, wobei der Pool ausschließlich für die Gäste im Erdgeschoss verfügbar ist. Die Vermieterin kümmert sich sehr schnell um Rückfragen und ist sehr freundlich. Klare Empfehlung!

Wir haben zwei wunderschöne Wochen in der Villa Sani verbracht! Die Buchung und Abwicklung über wiibuk hat reibungslos geklappt und Fragen wurden schnell beantwortet! Die Vermieterin war auch sehr nett und hat uns mit Obst und Wasser im Kühlschrank sehr nett begrüßt! Der einzige kleine Punkt der mich anfangs doch etwas verwirrt hat war, dass wir die Villa Sani nicht für uns alleine hatten. Wir hatten die untere Etage mit Pool und Grill für den privaten Gebrauch. Direkt neben dem Haus und in der Etage über uns waren weitere Gäste, die den Garten mit Schaukel und Grill für ihren Gebrauch hatten. Dies war bei mir bei Buchung nicht bewusst. Aber da hätte ich vielleicht auch nochmal genauer nachfragen können :-) Ich habe die Bilder von der Villa Sani gesehen und gelesen privater Gebrauch und bin daher davon ausgegangen. Aber trotz dem Missverständnis kann ich eine klare Empfehlung für die Buchung über wiibuk und auch für die Villa Sani aussprechen!
