The spacious air-conditioned villa provides all the luxuries of contemporary life for a comfortable stay. It features 4 bedrooms, each with a TV set and an adjoining bathroom with a walk-in shower, one of them with a bathtub as well. There is also a wellness room with a hot tub and a sauna, just perfect for pure relaxation. The well-lit open-space area with a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, and a cozy living room also has large glass patio doors providing direct access outdoors.
The lovely garden offers you a great place to enjoy and share wonderful moments. Watch your children splashing in the pool or having fun on the playground while you are sunbathing on a lounger by the swimming pool. Also, the outdoor dining set enables you to have a delicious meal out in the open with your favorite people.

The nearby hilltop town of Višnjan will take your breath away, but there are also other exciting places of interest not far from the villa, such as Motovun and Pazin inland, or Poreč on the coast. The border crossing with Slovenia is less than 40 km away, while the nearest airport is in Pula (53 km). !!!!
