The other two bedrooms are located on the first floor. All bedrooms have private access to the garden or private balcony, king-size beds, and en-suite bathrooms, two of which are equipped with shower cabins and one with a shower and bathtub. Upon entering Villa Giulia, you will find a space for guest reception and a staircase leading to the first floor. To the right of the reception area is the living room with a dining area, while to the left is the kitchen, the first bedroom, and the garden. The garden of this beautiful holiday home is a space designed for complete relaxation and enjoyment. Right after leaving the kitchen is a covered dining table for 6 people and a gas grill. An outdoor shower, a 28 m2 pool, and comfortable sun loungers are hidden from view by a green hedge and invite you to swim and sunbathe with your favorite book. The spacious living room with a dining area for 8 people exudes gentle sandy tones, creating the perfect space for gatherings and meals prepared in the fully equipped kitchen. A large LCD SAT TV and 2 comfortable sofas complete the space, with access to the terrace with the pool. In the kitchen with a kitchen island and bar stools, you can enjoy preparing Istrian delicacies with direct access to the garden table. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary crockery and appliances, making meal preparation a true pleasure.
