In addition to sunbathing and lounging on the first-floor balcony, the well-tended garden area provides you with plenty of options to relax and enjoy good company. There are sun loungers by the pool as well as a garden sofa set next to the barbecue grill. For a complete dining experience out in the open, you can use the outdoor dining set. The charming villa has a convenient location in a village not far from the town of Umag in northwestern Istria. There are numerous places of interest nearby such as Novigrad on the coast, hilltop towns, and villages Buje and Brtonigla, not to mention the excellent water park Istralandia. The distance to the nearest beach in Lovrečica is 4 kilometers, while the Croatian-Slovenian border crossing is just over 10 kilometers away. The closest airports are in Pula (70 km) and Trieste in Italy (90 km).
