Situated on a fully fenced private property, Villa Neo invites you to unwind and enjoy a range of outdoor amenities. Spend sunny days by your private 24 m² swimming pool (heated on request), relax on the large sunbed, or gather for alfresco dining at the outdoor table. The garden also features a barbecue area, a table tennis setup for fun family competitions, and 4 bicycles available for free use — ideal for exploring the scenic countryside. Two private parking spaces are provided for your convenience.
The villa spans 150 m² over two floors. On the ground level, you’ll find a bright and spacious open-plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a comfortable sofa that can be converted into a bed for two children. This floor also offers a cozy double bedroom and a modern bathroom.
Upstairs, two elegant double bedrooms await. One comes with an en-suite bathroom, and the other features a charming covered terrace — perfect for enjoying your morning coffee in peace. An additional bathroom is located in the hallway for comfort and privacy.

- youth groups are not permitted in this villa. A youth group is one comprised of individuals aged 26 or under. If you are a youth group please note that the reservation might be rejected post-booking, which may include on arrival at the property or during your stay and you might not be refunded.

"Ein schönes Haus, praktisch und zweckmäßig in sehr ruhiger Lage."
Die vier bei Ausstattung kommt durch die zum Teil schlechte und erneuerungsbedürftige Küchenausstattung. Die Bratpfanne müsste eigentlich sofort entsorgt werden, sie ist zum kochen nicht mehr geeignet. Auch das Geschirr sieht nicht wirklich gut aus. Die Sonnenschirme müssten auch dringend repariert bzw. erneuert werden.
The house is in a beautiful place, quiet, clean swimming pool, the area of ??the house is beautiful, the outdoor space is enough for a whole day's relaxation, we spent a wonderful vacation, lots of places to walk and beautiful nature where you meet deer and rabbits, nearby places are close for short trips , the sea is also close. Only need change plates, cioking pots and a new pan. the owner is extremely kind and accommodating.
