Villa Lavanda is a beautiful and luxurious countryside retreat featuring a spacious garden and a stunning 64 m² private swimming pool. Centrally located in the small village of Ribari in Central Istria, this villa is an ideal choice for families seeking peace, privacy, and relaxation, while still being within easy reach of Istria’s beaches and main attractions.
The villa offers three romantically decorated bedrooms and has been thoughtfully designed with great attention to detail. Its elegant interior is spread over two floors, combining comfort, style, and functionality.
The ground floor features a spacious living room with large windows opening directly onto the garden, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining area surrounded by windows that offer beautiful views of the well-maintained outdoor space. This level also includes a shared bathroom and two bedrooms, both with direct access to the terrace. One bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed (180 × 200 cm) and a TV, while the second bedroom features two beds (140 × 200 cm each).
The upper floor hosts a third bedroom with a king-size bed (200 × 200 cm), TV, private bathroom, and direct access to a private balcony overlooking the surrounding countryside. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and equipped with mosquito nets on the windows for maximum comfort.
The outdoor area—where guests will likely spend most of their time—is designed for pure enjoyment. A covered terrace with a large dining table and charcoal barbecue provides the perfect setting for alfresco meals. The highlight of the property is the impressive 64 m² swimming pool, surrounded by six comfortable sun loungers and a spacious sun deck, creating a private oasis for relaxation.
For additional entertainment, guests can enjoy table tennis, a PlayStation, fitness equipment, and a trampoline for younger children. Villa Lavanda offers fun and relaxation for guests of all ages. The villa is fully air-conditioned, provides free Wi-Fi, and the completely enclosed property includes three parking spaces.
