These include a 24 sqm swimming pool, a 12 sqm heated "walk-in" whirlpool, a slide, swing, trampoline, 2 covered terraces with tables and chairs, 4 bicycles, a summer kitchen with a barbecue fireplace, and a smaller playroom equipped with air hockey and video games.

This villa accommodates 8-10 people, offering a total living area of 180 sqm distributed across three floors. The ground floor, on two levels, consists of a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room with a pool table and fireplace, one bathroom/toilet, and a double room with air conditioning, satellite TV, and a shower/toilet. On the first floor are two bedrooms, each with a double bed, air conditioning, satellite TV, and shower/toilet, one of which has an additional bed. On the second floor (high attic), there is a spacious double room featuring a double bed, air conditioning, satellite TV, an extra bed, and a bathroom/toilet with a hydromassage bathtub.
NOTE: Youth groups strictly forbidden
The hydromassage pool is heated in period 15.5.-15.10.
