Comfortable holiday home with large garden and pool. The sun terrace is equipped with sun loungers, umbrellas and an outdoor shower. It has a large living room with fireplace, LED TV, satellite, air conditioning and free Wi-Fi. The fully equipped kitchen is located in the extension of the living room. The house has three bedrooms, two of which are equipped with double bed and one with two single beds, two big bathrooms, one with washing machine. The beautiful covered terrace with pool view is in front of the house. Garden furniture and barbecue are also at guests disposal. The whole garden is surrounded by stone walls. This simply sharming house is situated in a small tourist city Tar, perfect for peacefull holidays it allso offers bunch of leisure activities and festivals. Famous nearby city Porec offers entertainment for enyone. To reach the first beach it takes just few minutes by car or bike, as it is 4 km away from the house.
Tar is a tourist town and is located only 8 km from Porec and 3 km from the first beaches, such as Lanterna or Porto Busola / Cervar. The place is quiet and has all necessary infrastructures such as: restaurants, post office, bank, shops, butcher, bakery and pharmacy. In just a few minutes by car you can reach cities like Novigrad or Porec. Nearby there are many old places like Vizinada, Motovun (known for Filmfestival), Groznjan (known for Jazz and Art) and Livada (known for Tartufi - truffles).

We visited Villa Mariella for a week with our 2 year old son. the house is furnished with everything you need. The hosts are very nice and really care for this villa with a lot of love. The garden and the pool are taken care of every morning, without you noticing anything. If you have any questions, both (father and daughter) can be reached at any time. We'll be back for sure!

Wir besuchten die Villa Mariella für eine Woche mit unserem 2 Jährigen Sohn. das Haus ist mit allem eingerichtet was man benötigt. Die Gastgeber sind sehr sehr nett und pflegen diese Villa wirklich mit ganz viel Liebe. Der Garten und der Pool wird jeden Tag morgens gepflegt, ohne das man etwas davon mitbekommt. Bei Fragen, sind beide ( Vater und Tochter ) jederzeit erreichbar. Wir kommen sicher wieder!
