The interior of the villa is truly impressive and decorated with special attention to detail, displaying a number of unique souvenirs collected by the owners on their travels around the world, each piece adding a touch of international charm and character to the space.
The ground floor of the villa has an open plan layout that includes a cozy living area, a fully equipped kitchen and a dining area with direct access to the garden. On this level are also two bedrooms with a large double bed, en-suite bathroom and TV. One of them has direct access to the terrace. For added convenience, there a separate guest toilet on the same floor.
On the first floor is a a master bedroom with a double bed, en-suite bathroom and TV. All rooms are equipped with Loewe Klang 1 equipment, offering an exceptional experience with options for internet radio, CD, Spotify and Deezer. Mosquito nets on all windows ensure a comfortable and insect-free environment.
Outside, the villa has a covered parking space with space for three cars and is equipped with an electric vehicle charging station, increasing convenience for guests who prefer to travel by electric vehicles.
Here, guests can enjoy a heated swimming pool with heating included in the price, making it a perfect destination all year round.
For those who like to relax or spend their free time actively, the property offers a barbecue, table tennis, darts and bicycles.
Situated next to this villa is another 3-bedroom house Villa Olive Paradise II, owned by the same family. For larger groups or families, both villas can be rented together, offering comfort and privacy while maintaining easy access between the two properties. This arrangement makes it an ideal choice for those looking to accommodate extended family or a group of friends under one luxurious setting.
Situated between this two properties is a separate wellness house that includes a sauna, an indoor hot tub, and fitness equipment. This facility is available for shared use with guests from the neighboring villa, uppon agreement.
