Located on a spacious estate, this villa consists of two separate houses that together offer three spacious bedrooms, ideal for accommodating six people. The larger house contains two comfortable bedrooms, a spacious living room, a well-equipped kitchen, a dining area, a bathroom, and two air conditioners. The smaller house offers an additional bedroom, a cozy living room, another bathroom, and one air conditioner. This unique layout allows for flexible accommodation, perfect for couples or families seeking extra privacy. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances, and each room is spacious, brightened by natural light, and ideal for relaxation and comfortable sleep. Both living rooms are equipped with televisions for additional entertainment. Between the two houses, there is a private pool, perfect for refreshment and relaxation. The property also includes a spacious garden with trees providing pleasant shade, creating the perfect environment for relaxation and enjoyment of nature. In addition to enjoying the pool, guests can have fun playing badminton on the spacious lawn, while younger guests will enjoy the available swing. The entire property is fenced, providing complete privacy, and private parking is provided. It is located far from the city noise, providing a peaceful vacation, while the beaches are less than half an hour's drive away, making Villa Darko the perfect choice for a relaxing vacation. Some of the properties don’t allow youth groups. If you are booking an accommodation facility as a group of young individuals, contact our agency before making the reservation in order to check whether the requested property allows your stay. Up to two pets are welcome for a fee of 15 EUR per day, per pet. The pet fee is payable in cash on the day of arrival.
Svetvinčenat (or as the locals call it, Savičenta) was named after the church of St. Vincent. This ancient inner Istrian town is consisted of a historical castle and surrounding houses. The Castle or Kaštel attracts many visitors that come to admire it and it hosts various events. A knight tournament re-enactment under the Castle is a must-see and goes on throughout the summer season. Beautiful and well preserved renaissance square, city cistern, church, loggia and medieval palaces all surround this impressive castle. There are a few restaurants and cafés that you can visit after your sightseeing.
