It is surrounded by a green garden with a view of the forest landscape. Peace and quiet places will fascinate everyone. Only 2 km from the villa there is a small town of Sveti Lovreč where you can find pizzeria, restaurant, cafe, shop and post office. In only 15-20 minutes by car you come to the beaches, bays, parks and resorts of western coast of Istria (Bale, Rovinj, Lim Fjord, Vrsar, Funtana Porec) but aswell to historic, mysterious small cities of green central Istria (Tinjan Pazin, Kanfanar, Žminj, Dvigrad, Motovun). The area is full of marked bike trails that lead to nearby villages and historic towns (Kanfanar, Dvigrad, Tinjan, Kringa).

Das Haus ist super schön, sehr schön eingerichtet und es gibt alles was man zum wohnen dort braucht. Sehr sauber und der Garten und der Pool ist einfach nur ein Traum. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und haben uns absolut Wohlgefühl, wir kommen wieder
Wir waren letzte Woche mit 2 Familien dort und hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit! Das Haus ist wirklich sehr sauber und von den Räumlichkeiten super aufgeteilt. Der Pool ist wirklich groß und wird auch regelmäßig sauber gemacht. Die Vermieterinnen sind total nett und sehr hilfsbereit! Wir werden nächstes Jahr wieder kommen und können das Haus nur weiter empfehlen. Danke!!
Beautiful house with wonderful outside area (nice terrace, garden, grill area, pool, table tennis). The house is located in a quiet area in a small village with quick access to the coast. Within 20-30 minutes one can reach the wonderful towns Rovinj and Porec, which we really enjoyed, as well as different beaches. The house is very well equipped with everything one might need. It’s perfectly suitable for up to 6 people. The owner welcomes us warmly with fresh bread, olive oil & orange juice. :-) We had a great time. Definitely recommend! Airbnb, September 2021
