This beautiful stone villa spreads on 150 m2 and is ideal for 6 to 8 persons. The ground floor consists of a fully equipped kitchen, dining and living area with sofa bed for 2 additional guests and a terrace with garden furniture, a bathroom, a double room with air conditioning and private bathroom. The double bedroom o the ground floor has its own private entrance, so the guests staying in this big double room have complete privacy. The first floor consists of two air-conditioned bedrooms with double beds and a bathroom. One of the bedrooms has access to a beautiful terrace overlooking the pool, green garden, meadows and woods. The outside area consists of a 24 m2 large outdoor swimming pool with sun loungers, garden with barbecue, outdoor shower, covered patio with wooden table and chairs, barbecue and private parking for 3 cars. Next to the pool is a playroom with darts and table football. The Villa is located about 15 km from Porec and 15 km from the sea. The pool is heated only on previous request with an extra charge.
Villa Natale is located in a quiet part of the picturesque village Zgrabljici in green interior of Istria, about 15 km from Porec and 15 km from the sea. The house was renovated in 2016 and is located on a private yard. Villa Natale has 24 m2 large outdoor swimming pool with sun loungers, garden with barbecue, outdoor shower, covered patio with wooden table and chairs, barbecue and private parking for 3 cars. The owner lives near the house.

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr sauber, alles vorhanden, Vermieter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alles ist liebevoll eingerichtet und dekoriert, nicht verwöhnt. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Voraussetzung ist ein Auto, da nichts fußläufig erreichbar ist. August, 2024.

Great accommodation, very clean, beautiful property. We particularly liked the heated pool. It cost extra, but swimming in October wouldn't be possible any other way and it was worth every cent. What you should know: The bedroom on the ground floor can ONLY be reached via a separate entrance. This was a bit inconvenient because we didn't want to leave the children alone in a large part of the house. We wouldn't have heard them at night. Airbnb, Ocotber 2023.
