Luxury villa with infinity swimming pool, outdoor jacuzzi and garden. Villa for 8 people that consists of three floors with a total area of 400 m2. The whole house is very spacious and furnished in a modern style. The house was built in 2014. Villa Meli is located on a small hill with a beautiful view of the fields, woods, the sea and the vineyards. In front of the house is a swimming pool of 50m2 and a garden with furniture, deckchairs and an open fireplace for grilling. Free Wi-Fi is available. In the basement is a garage for 2 cars, billiards and a storage. Ground floor consists of a spacious living room with satellite TV, DVD, fireplace, kitchen with dining room, laundry room, one bedroom with double bed, private bathroom and terrace. On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms with bathroom and a balcony with a beautiful view. Three bedrooms are with double bed and one with two single beds.

Lovrec is a small village situated only 11 km from Poreč and 7 km from the sea (Lim fjord and Vrsar). The village is small, but it has post office, shop, restaurant, pizzeria and bars. Excellent. No issues. Really lovely villa with excellent pool and hot tub. We booked over Easter and there was plenty to do for all the family. (Vrbo 2023.)
