Holiday home Kata San Lorenzo is a beautiful traditional stone house with a private pool, 5 bedrooms, ideal for 10 people. It is located in a secluded location in the village of Zgrablići, only a few minutes drive from the town of Sveti Lovreč. In Sveti Lovreč there is a grocery store, a post office, a restaurant, and an ATM, while the nearest restaurant is right next to the house. The sea is 8 km away (the Lim channel), attractive beaches, tourist settlements, and resorts on the west coast of Istria are 15 km away. The nearest beach can be found in the vicinity of the town of Vrsar. On the ground floor there is a spacious fully equipped kitchen with access to a covered terrace and a living room with a fireplace. On the first floor, there are three double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (shower) and a balcony with a beautiful view of the sea. On the second floor there are two double rooms, each with its own bathroom. Villa Kata San Lorenzo exudes traditional style, comfort and luxury at the same time. The property is surrounded by a large yard with Mediterranean trees and a stone wall. A large pool of 72 m2 is located in the central part of the courtyard. wir haben 1 Woche Familienurlaub mit 10 Personen gemacht, das Haus , die Zimmer, die Außenanlage, der Pool, einfach alles rundherum war bestens, Erwachsene und Kinder fühlten sich wohl, auch Tischtennis und genug Freifläche für Badminton ist vorhanden, eine perfekte Unterkunft die wir gerne besten Gewissens weiterempfehlen können, dazu gibt´s auch noch guten Wein und schmackhaftes Olivenöl zu normalen Preisen zu kaufen, sehr gut/September 2024

Wir waren mit zwei Familien zu Gast (4 Erwachsene und 5 Kinder). Das Haus und der Garten bieten reichlich Platz und es ist wirklich alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Wir fanden die Betten sehr bequem. Die Zimmerdecken zwischen dem ersten und zweiten Stock sind allerdings sehr dünn, leichte Schläfer sollten Oropax mitnehmen. Das Haus selbst ist sehr ruhig gelegen. Danijela und ihr Mann Branko waren sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Airbnb, Ocotber 2023.
