The villa is located near Sv. Lovreč, in a small place Stranići. The villa Irma is located in a large area where you will really enjoy and rest, as well as your pets (with extra charge, on site). On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, a living room with a sofa bed (for two additional persons) and a bathroom with a shower. From the living room you also have access to a large covered terrace with seating area and barbecue equipment. On the first floor of the house there are three bedrooms (two with double beds and one room with two single beds) and two bathrooms with shower cabins, one in one of the bedrooms and the other in the hallway. Air conditioning is located on the ground floor in the living room and on the first floor in the hallway. In the spacious garden there is a swimming pool, outdoor shower, sun loungers, parasol, and private parking in the courtyard of the villa. New in the offer from 2023. Guests have at their disposal a private track for jogging or cycling, specially made and arranged, exclusively for the private needs of the guests of the house.
This beautiful villa is situated in a small village called Stranići, near the historic town of St. Lovreč. The villa offers an unforgettable holiday thanks to its location. It is surrounded by a green garden with a view of the forest landscape. Peace and quiet places will fascinate everyone. Only few km from the villa there is a small town of St. Lovreč where you can find pizzeria, restaurant, cafe, shop and post office. In only 15-20 minutes by car you come to the beaches, bays, parks and resorts of western coast of Istria (Bale, Rovinj, Lim Fjord, Vrsar, Funtana Porec) but aswell to historic, mysterious small cities of green central Istria (Tinjan Pazin, Kanfanar, Žminj, Dvigrad, Motovun). The area is full of marked bike trails that lead to nearby villages and historic towns (Kanfanar, Dvigrad, Tinjan, Kringa).

Sehr gastfreundlich en versorgte umgebung An alles gedacht Lage perfekt zwischen porec rovinj und pula

Wonderful relaxing stay, it was 18C and sunny in October, we could sit outside and enjoy the sun next to the pool. Host showed us everything, welcomed us with bread, ham, cheese and wine - what a treat after our long drive. It is a quiet village, short drive to Rovijn or Porec. The house is spacious, there were lots of German tv channels. The warm water heater has a switch and on the heater can see how much warm water there is. The local restaurant (St Lorenzo) few minutes drive away had great food and they made us dishes not on the menu (vegetarian).

Ein sehr tolles Ferienhaus mit Pool. Tolle Küchenausstattung, insgesamt viel Stauraum auch im Bad. Super Sitzgelegenheiten draußen und Gartenliegen am Pool. Klimaanlage jeweils unten und oben im Flur. Sehr nette Vermieterin! Unkomplizierter Kontakt! Zur Begrüßung gab es Wein und eine typisch Istriesche Platte, zwischendurch Kuchen und sogar ein Abschiedsgeschenk. August 2021
