Holiday house Mateo is located on a large family estate in central Istria, near Pazin. Guests have at their disposal a large private yard with a swimming pool (50 m2), next to which there is a fully equipped summer kitchen with a dining table. The house offers a fully equipped kitchen, living room, two bathrooms, and three air-conditioned bedrooms (two with double beds and one twin room). All rooms of this beautifully decorated holiday home are air-conditioned (5 air conditioners). Parking is provided in a closed yard. The house is located in a secluded location with a beautiful view of the green surroundings. If you want to spend your family vacation in a quiet location, away from the view and noise, then you are in the right place. Pets are not allowed. Restaurants, supermarkets, cultural and sports facilities can be found nearby, while the sea and the beach are about 40 km away or 45 minutes by car.
Holiday House Mateo is a newly renovated house with a private pool, located in the village of Trosti. Thanks to its ideal position, it gives you an unforgettable and relaxing holiday. Nearby are numerous bike trails and historic, picturesque Istrian towns such as Pazin, Žminj, Gračišće and Motovun. Numerous beaches, natural parks and resorts can be reached in just 40 minutes by car. The private pool in the beautifully landscaped garden in front of the house allows you to always enjoy the crystal clear water and relaxing greenery.

Ein sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit allem Komfort. Super nette Gastgeber, die alle Wünsche erfüllen. Sie stehen immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. WUNDERSCHÖN!!!!! Sehr ruhig gelegen: am Ortsende mit Wald an einer Seite. Nur Vögelzwitschern und ab und zu ein Traktor. Ruhe pur!! Genau in der Mitte von Istrien gelegen, sodass man bequem an allen Seiten zum Meer oder zu Sehenswürdigkeiten fahren kann. Absolut empfehlenswert!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Klaudio and his family were excellent and courteous hosts! They were always friendly and helped us instantly when we had any questions. One day they even made us pancakes and brought us local istrian ham and cheese which we very much enjoyed :) The secluded location of the villa makes it the perfect place for a relaxing holiday for families or a group of friends like us. The house is beautiful, modern, fully fitted and arranged intelligently. The Pool with its grippy tiles, the lighting at night and the infinity ledge exceeded our expectations. The movable glass walls of the large pool house made it the perfect location to eat, drink or chill during the day or at the evening/night. The garden was another nice asset, as it was large enough so that we could set up a volleyball court. The next supermarket is only 5 Minutes by car.
