Villa rOvni with a stunning sea view and private pool is located on the eastern coast of Istria in a small place called Ravni near the city of Labin. It can accommodate a total of 8 guests in four bedrooms. The first floor features a spacious living room with a glass door overlooking the pool and the surrounding area, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, a bedroom with a separate bathroom, sauna and fitness. Play Station 5 is also available to guests, which will be a pleasant surprise for younger guests. Stairs lead to the second floor where there is a pool table, 3 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a terrace. In front of the villa is the private pool, where you can cool off on hot summer days and then relax on the sun loungers by the pool. On the terrace there is a covered outdoor dining area, a charcoal barbecue and an outdoor kitchen. Here you can prepare a delicious meal and enjoy socializing.
