Villa Maeni situated in Pula near only 2 km away from wonderful beaches, is a remarkable modern villa with pool that will leave little to be desired. The villa features a modern contemporary design and it is decorated with a lot of love. Large windows as well as balcony doors make sure that a lot of natural lightning comes through. On the ground floor you will find a spacious living area connected to a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, one bathroom with shower and one bedroom. The other tree bedrooms are located on the upper floor, all equipped with a double bed and A/C unit. Two of the four bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom for extra comfort. The outdoor area is equipped with sun loungers around the pool a dinning area and the BBQ where you can let your inner chef shine and prepare delicious meals for friends and family. All amenities are at walking distance from the villa.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt. Das Haus ist neu, alles sehr sauber und sehr schön. Die Küche hat einen super großen Kühlschrank, aber leider hatten wir einige Kochutensilien vermisst, die wir dann für uns gekauft hatten. Ein Tipp für die Vermieter: In 2 Badezimmern fehlen die Handtuchhalter. Die könnte man noch nachträglich montieren, da man nicht weiß, wo man die feuchten oder nassen Handtücher aufhängen zum Trocknen aufhängen soll. Auch ist der Außenbereich mit Grill und der Parkplatz noch nicht fertig. Hier könnte noch einiges verbessert werden. Auch war das Trampolin für die Kinder schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Aber ansonsten war alles sehr schön und wir würden wieder kommen.
