Villa Luen is a modern vacation hose situated at the very entrance of Pula, the largest city in Istrian peninsula with lots of historical landmarks. The house is consisted of two apartments, each on its floor, which are connected by inner staircase. This is especially attractive in case of two families arriving on a joint vacation, yet wanting to preserve their privacy. The house has 6 bedrooms altogether, and thanks to the extra beds, 12 people can be accommodated in it. While the upper floor has a bit more casual style, the ground floor has an elegant touch thanks to the elements such as warm sand colours and sophisticated furniture. The entire house is perfectly proportioned, spacious and bright. This detached villa with pool also has comfortable shaded terraces which offer peace and relaxation. It’s far enough from the city crowds, and still just a few minutes’ drive away from the city centre and the nearest beach. Some of the properties don’t allow youth groups. Veli Vrh or Monte Grande is a suburban part of Pula, the largest city in Istrian peninsula. It's placed on a highest hill of this city, therefore the name – literally translated from Croatian VeliVrh means Big Hilltop. Due to its position many houses in this area have a nice view of Pula and its Bay. This part of the city offers all of the best parts of urban and rural living – lots of nature, hidden forest paths, bike trails etc. and proximity of all of the city benefits such as restaurants, bars, shops, good traffic connections, various events and interesting landmarks.
