Set on a private plot with a landscaped garden and swimming pool, Villa Evita offers 185 m² of elegant living space across two floors.
The ground floor features a bright dining area with a fireplace and direct access to the garden, as well as a fully equipped kitchen. This level also includes two air-conditioned double bedrooms, one of which has a private bathroom, plus an additional shared bathroom.
Upstairs, you will find a stylish living room with comfortable seating and a TV, enhanced by large glass windows that open onto a spacious balcony. This floor also offers two more air-conditioned bedrooms—one with a double bed and one with two single beds—along with a shared bathroom.
Step outside and enjoy your own private oasis: a 32 m² swimming pool, surrounded by greenery, a covered outdoor dining area, and a charcoal barbecue—perfect for relaxing afternoons and unforgettable dinners under the stars.
