The beautiful Villa Balun spreads over an area of 130 m2 and has a garden of 750 m2. There are 2 living rooms (with sofa bed for 2 persons) TV, 2 kitchens, 2 bathrooms with shower and 3 bedrooms with double beds on the ground floor. In total, the house can welcome a family or a group of friends of up to 8 persons. The kitchens are fully equipped. The first kitchen has a dishwasher, oven, microwave and a water kettle. The second kitchen has a combined stove, oven, coffee machine, and a fridge with freezer. There is a washing machine in the bathroom. The house is air-conditioned and has free Wi-Fi. Bed linen and towels are included in the price. The house has a pool of 24 m2, 3 covered terraces with barbecue, and a beautiful green garden. Villa Balun is located a few minutes by car from Porec and beaches.
The house is located in the small town of Kadumi which is 4 km from Poreč and 7 km from the beaches Plava and Zelena Laguna. It is a beautiful place with a good deal of greenery and is ideal for a quiet holiday. The whole area has many vineyards and olive groves. The area is ideal for families who want to relax. Poreč is a tourist destination, known for its cultural events, bars, restaurants, sport's content and beautiful beaches.

Wir haben uns in der Villa Balun sehr wohl gefühlt und können diese jederzeit weiter empfehlen. Sehr gut hat uns gefallen das die Villa sich in einem Wohngebiet der Einheimischen befindet also ohne jegliche touristische Ambitionen. Fussläufig erreichbar sind zwei Konobas wobei beide zu empfehlen sind. Eine für Pizza und die einfache schnelle Küche und die Konoba Rina um mal Schick und authentisch kroatisch Essen zu gehen. Ohne Auto ist die Villa nicht zu empfehlen. Porec ist in ca. 7 km zu erreichen. Uns hat gerade die Ruhe ( nur krähende Hähne und bellende Hunde) gut gefallen. Das Grundstück ist von außen nicht einsehbar so das man am Pool ungestört ist. Der Essplatz mit großem Grill ist sehr schön angelegt. Die Einrichtung ist geschmackvoll und es ist alles da was man braucht. Nochmal vielen Dank an Uroš für seinen freundlichen Empfang.
