Situated in the small village of Pifari in central Istria, surrounded by lush and peaceful countryside, but  only a short drive from tourist centers like Porec  or Rovinj,  Villa Rustica is perfectly located for a relaxing family holiday. 

The interior features a modern design with high-quality appliances, while still retaining the original charm typical of traditional Istrian houses.

On the ground floor, with direct access to the pool area, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, a cozy living room with a fireplace, and two spacious bedrooms—one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. The remaining two bedrooms, both with double beds, are located on the first floor, each having an exit to the balcony. All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and air conditioning.

There are to additional sofa beds for extra 2 people, wich can be placed in any bedroom or in the living room.

The second-floor veranda looks out onto the large lawn and garden with a swing for kids.

Externally, Villa Rustica offers a large covered terrace with a fireplace and barbecue, overlooking the swimming pool—an ideal spot to relax and enjoy a glass of wine.

 Villa Rustica is perfectly located for exploring all the Istrian tourist attractions. With a short drive, you can reach museums, medieval ruins, and vineyards. The beach in Rovinj is only 18 km away! Once you are ready to take a break from sightseeing, feel free to enjoy the pool, table tennis, and darts. Haus Villa rustica Das Haus war sehr geräumig, tolle Einrichtung. Sehr sauber, ruhige Lage. Sehr zu empfehlen, waren alle begeistert, immer wieder gerne ☺️

A great space, en-suite bathrooms for every room, really generous bedroom spaces. The kitchen living area was lovely and outside was great for shade and evenings. The location is a drive to shops and a bit further to the coast, but this suited us perfectly. The kids loved the pool too!
