On the first floor of the villa there are two bright and comfortable bedrooms. Both rooms are air-conditioned, have a double bed, private bathroom and exit to the balcony where you can relax with a good book or enjoy the beautiful view of the surroundings. On the ground floor of the villa there is another bedroom with bathroom, double bed, air conditioning and TV. There is also a living room with TV connected to the dining room and a fully equipped spacious kitchen in an open concept. The entire space is air-conditioned. The living room leads to the garden of the villa with a swimming pool for cooling on hot summer days and deck chairs where you can relax and enjoy the sun with a refreshing drink. Next to the house there is a covered terrace with a dining table where you can enjoy the meals you have prepared on the grill with your family and friends, which is also at your disposal. The villa Mahalo is located in the medieval town of Sveti Lovrec in Central Istria. This picturesque little town is characterised by its narrow, winding streets and stone houses, where you can enjoy an evening stroll after dinner in the local restaurant. The nearest beaches are located in the towns of Porec, Vrsar and Funtana, within a short drive from Sveti Lovrec. The ancient town of Porec is a great place to get familiar with the rich cultural heritage of Istria. The main regional road in the proximity of the town allows you to easily reach most of the famous Istrian sites like the Brijuni National Park or the Pula Arena. Adventure seekers will be happy to find a horse ranch in the nearby village of Jakici, as well as great free climbing spots in the spectacular Lim Bay.
