Villa Zorica is a vacation house with pool in Istria that accommodates up to seven people within three comfortable and very nicely decorated bedrooms. The cheerfully colored living room is bright and spacious and is in the same large room together with the dining area and a neat and cozy kitchen. The roofed terrace in front provides comfort during evenings and a shade during the days, all with a view of a sunny private pool and a stone outdoor fireplace. The villa is situated in Green Istria – its inner part that's abundant with nature and far from crowds. And since it's in the middle of Peninsula, Villa Zorica is also a great base for discovering Istria from one side to another.
Pazin is a millennial town surrounded by hills and today’s administrative center of Istria. The most attractive monument you will find here is a thousand year old feudal Castle built above the Pazin Pit, a spectacular natural phenomenon. This was the place that inspired lots of great authors, including the famous Jules Verne. Although not a very large city, Pazin has all of the urban contents such as the hospital, post office, banks, cinema etc. The sea with the nearest beach is around a half hour drive away from Pazin, just like almost everything else in Istria (airport, ferry, national park Brijuni with golf courses…), because Pazin is situated in the middle of the Peninsula.
