Situated on a generous 1,400 m² private plot, the villa boasts 190 m² of beautifully designed living space on two levels. The ground floor offers a bright, open-plan living area featuring a fully equipped kitchen with a kitchen island, a comfortable lounge with large TV and sofas (convertible to a bed for 2), and a dining space that opens directly onto the pool terrace. This floor also includes a cozy bedroom with a king-size bed, TV, air-conditioning, private bathroom, and direct access to the outdoor terrace.
Upstairs, you’ll find two additional king-size bedrooms, each with air-conditioning, a TV, and a private bathroom. One of the rooms also enjoys access to a private balcony — perfect for morning coffee with a view.
Step outside and enjoy your own private oasis: a sparkling 34 m² swimming pool, spacious sun deck with 8 loungers, a covered outdoor dining area, fully equipped summer kitchen, and a barbecue — ideal for relaxing afternoons and dinners under the stars.
