The fully fenced 1,100 m2 garden ensures safety and seclusion and features a private 32 m2 outdoor swimming pool with sun loungers, parasols, and quality outdoor furniture. A covered terrace with an outdoor fireplace creates the perfect setting for barbecues and relaxed evenings. The property offers numerous leisure facilities including a swing, slide, basketball hoop, table tennis, table football, and darts. The house extends over two floors. The ground floor includes a living room, kitchen, bathroom, covered terrace, and an additional kitchen with a spacious gathering area with direct pool access. Upstairs are three bedrooms (two double, one twin), a bathroom, and a terrace with views of the pool and greenery. It accommodates up to 8 guests (6+2). All rooms are air-conditioned and fitted with mosquito screens. A small family printing shop operates on the ground floor in the mornings, and the monitored parking area is shared during those hours. Nearby are cycling and hiking trails, wineries, agrotourism farms, horse riding opportunities, and the Pazin Cave adventure attractions just 6 km away.
