The villa can be found in the charming Istrian town of Novigrad and offers accommodation for 2 + 1 people, making it the perfect choice for a small family in search of an escape from the everyday life. This one-story house is modernly furnished to provide you with everything you could need for your next vacation. It consists of one room in which there is a spacious double bed, as well as an additional bed for a third person. There is also a bathroom with a shower cabin. A fully equipped kitchen is at your disposal, for preparing delicious meals that you can serve on the indoor and outdoor dining table. Large glass doors give you unhindered access to the courtyard of the villa. The fenced yard with well-kept greenery is the perfect place for fun and enjoyment. The first thing you will notice is certainly the spacious swimming pool with deckchairs, for all-day enjoyment in the warm Mediterranean sun. There is also a gas grill, as well as a covered lounge area for sipping your morning coffee in peace and quiet.
The villa is located in the city of Novigrad, less than one kilometer from the first beaches, and 1.5 km from the historic center and the very heart of the city. The first restaurant is located only 600 meters from the villa, but we definitely recommend exploring the whole city, where many exceptional restaurants can be found. The airport in Pula is 74 km away, while the border with Slovenia is only 21 km away.
