Stylish and very comfortable, Villa Rosmarino Muntrilj has a total area of 125m2 and consists of two floors. It is ideal for 6 people. The ground floor area offers a fully equipped kitchen with all the amenities a modern guest needs, a stylish dining area, a very comfortable living area with Smart TV, air conditioning, glass walls and direct access to the pool area. There is also 1 bedroom with en suite bathroom and another guest toilet. On the first floor there are 2 further bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. All bedrooms have air conditioning and a TV. The outdoor area consists of an attractive pool area with covered terrace and a large garden. The covered terrace with dinning table is the right place to hide from the sun, and the BBQ is just perfect for preparing steaks or fresh fish for your loved one. The house has underfloor heating, so you can stay in it even in winter. Groups of young people are not allowed. Pets are allowed on request. Note: Swimming pool heating on request is paid additionally on the spot (40 €/per day).
Villa Rosmarino Muntrilj is the ideal choice for a peaceful vacation in an idyllic Istrian environment. The location of the villa and the interesting geographical features of Muntrilj offer tourists various opportunities for recreation in nature: walks, hiking, horseback riding, quad and bike trails, a visit to Rovinj and Poreč or a visit to cultural and historical places (Motovun and Grožnjan). You can also do various sports on the beach: windsurfing, sailing, sports catamarans and water skiing. Nearby town of Tinjan is full of activities, from the Kringa Adrenaline Park, tavern with local specialties domestic food to the famous prosciutto fair, which is a feature of this region. In addition to prosciutto, you can taste the wines and brandies of the Prodan family farm, which are located close to the villas of Verdi Istriana. In any case, something for everyone.
