The house has air conditioning, satellite TV, sheets and towels. Indoor fireplace gives the place a special atmosphere. The house has a courtyard covered with grass surface, ideal for adults to chill on a summer breeze and for children to play. Garage parking is located in front of the house. The pool (24mq) is located on a fenced garden that extends through 450 sqm natural surface. Pets are allowed.
