Luxuriously designed Villa Duda with pool near Umag

If you are looking for a luxurious private villa where you can relax and enjoy your holiday in Istria the villa Duda is definitely the right choice for you and your family! The villa offer ana amazing view of istrian hills. This holiday home offers a lots of space indoor and outdoor. The villa has 4 bedrooms fully air conditioned, 3 bathrooms with shower. On the ground floor is the living room, kitchen, dinning rooom and bathroom with a large terrace and an exit to the swimming pool and the garden. The kitchen is equipped with an extra dining area. On the first floor there are two large bedrooms and one bathroom with shower. On the second floor also aare 2 bedrooms and one bathroom with shower. Two bedroom have a double bed and the other two bedrooms have two separate single beds. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking where you can have breakfast before you take a dip in the beautiful outdoor pool. In the fenced garden with absolute privacy, you can use the covered barbecue with the large wooden table and cups as well as the chairs and umbrellas by the pool. The nearest town Umag and the beach are 10 km from the house. Restaurants, markets and shops are also not so far away from the house.

Ein sehr geschmack- und liebevoll gestaltetes Haus incl. Garten bzw. Poollandschaft. Die Betten können zwar breiter sein, waren aber sehr bequem. Als Willkommensgeschenk stand eine schöne Flasche Wein vom benachbarten Weingut auf dem Tisch.

Very nice welcome, perfect service, the house is a dream come true, with the pool you had the feeling that you were dreaming in a dream. We also thought the location was great, a small supermarket was a leisurely 20-second walk away, and the wine bar was also very easy to reach with a short walk and a beautiful landscape. This is very important on vacation :-D
