Restaurants, markets and cafes are at walking distance from the villa. The beach is also at walking distance. In Medulin you can enjoy in pebbles, rocks and sand beaches.

Wir haben unseren Urlaub in der Villa Nika sehr genossen und können diese uneingeschränkt empfehlen! Die Lage ist ruhig und dennoch zentral. Das Wohnzimmer und die Küche sind großzügig und gemütlich. Die Betten in den Schlafzimmern verfügen über gute Matratzen. Der Kontakt vor Ort war professionell und sehr freundlich!
Sehr nette Villa in ruhiger etwas abgeschiedener Lage. Zum Strand sind es ca 15-20 Gehminuten, je nach Tempo und eingeschlagenen Weg. Die eher abgeschiedene Lage bringt aber auch sehr viel Ruhe mit sich. Einziges Manko war, das es kein Grillbesteck gab. Ansonst gab es nichts auszusetzen und ich kann die Villa nur weiterempfehlen.
