Modern Villa Flavia located in the fisher village of Medulin near city of Pula is a great choice for the vacation you deserve. This villa is divided into ground floor and first floor and has comfortable rooms to ccomodate a total of 8 people.The ground floor of the villa has an equipped kitchen, dining room, living room from which it is possible to access the outdoor terrace, toilet and one big bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower with also a direct access to the pool. In the terrace is located a nice pool with outdoor shower , a covered dining zone with a view to the wonderful surrounding vegetation. On the first floor there are three bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. The interior of the villa is decorated in a modern and stylish way. Enjoy sunbathing on the sun loungers near the pool surrounded by wonderful trees and vegetation.The centre of the village is at walking distance with markets, caffes, restaurants, family park, beach bars, ...also the beach is at walking distance. Sehr sehr nette Gastgeber sehr hilfsbereit sehr gepflegtes Haus sehr sauberer Pool ruhige Lage zum Meer braucht man aber ein Auto alles da was man für einen Urlaub braucht sehr zum empfehlen gerne wieder lg
Sehr schöne, moderne, saubere Villa mit tollem Pool und sehr netten Vermieterin. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und können die Villa Flavia nur weiterempfehlen.
Die Villa ist sehr schön und modern gestaltet.Sie beinhaltet alles was man braucht. Nach Medulin und dem schönen Hafen sind es ca. 20 Gehminute. Die Empfehlung nach Kamanjak mit den traumhaften Buchten zu fahren, den uns die Vermieterin gab, war ein super Tipp. Der Kontakt war sowieso sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Alles in allem ein sehr schöner Urlaub der nach Wiederholung verlangt. Vielen Dank das wir die Villa bewohnen durften. Ihr äußerst zufriedener Gast Marek Günther-Schäfer + Familie
