Built on an elevated position, this villa offers breathtaking panoramic views of the sea and the picturesque coastal towns of Porec, Vrsar, and Novigrad.
Guests at Villa Bella Vista Poletti can enjoy a variety of amenities on the enclosed property, including parking for two cars, two covered terraces, and a covered terrace with a grill and a large table in the garden—perfect for outdoor dining. The property also features a private swimming pool complete with sunbeds and a shower, as well as leisure facilities like table tennis, table soccer, and a private mountain bike trail.
The villa itself spans approximately 130 sqm and accommodates up to 6 persons. It includes a living area with a beautiful sea view, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a cozy couch with direct access to the terrace equipped with a sitting set. It houses three bedrooms, each with its private bathroom; two bedrooms feature large double beds and one bedroom is furnished with two single beds. There is also a separate toilet for added convenience.
