Beautiful, newly built family friendly villa with private pool for 6-8 people in Labinci. Ideal location for a peaceful and carefree holiday in Istria. The first beach in Poreč is located only 7 km away from the villa. The house spreads over two floors ( 144 m2). The ground floor has a kitchen, living room and one bedroom with a bathroom. On the first floor there are two bedrooms with balcony overlooking the sea in the distance. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. The house is fully air-conditioned. Outside the property you can find a beautifully landscaped and spacious garden with a barbecue, terrace and private pool (30 m2) which will delight its guests. Parking place is located inside the yard. A modern and comfortable interior with details of Istrian architecture will satisfy the most demanding guests. Pets and parties are not allowed..
On the western coast of Istria, surrounded by rich Mediterranean vegetation blended with olive groves, vineyards and fields, you can find the Kaštelir-Labinci Municipality. Two villages - Kaštelir and Labinci, ital. Castelier - S. Domenica, have been gradually urbanistically expanding during the centuries which resulted in their being merged into one municipality located some ten kilometers north of Poreč. Sehr geschmackvoll, modern und gut eingerichtetes neuwertiges Ferienhaus. Sehr bequem ist, dass jedes Schlafzimmer sein eigenes Bad hatte. Der Garten mit dem Pool sind sehr gepflegt und bieten auch genug Platz. Die Ausstattung lässt weder im Haus noch außerhalb Wünsche offen. Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt ist, dass man etwas weg vom Schuss ist, aber das kann man auch positiv sehen. Freundliche Vermieter. September 2020.
