Your Stay in Villa Malini with Pool, Sauna and Fenced Garden
Villa Malini, a distinctive rustic retreat, is nestled in the charming village of Gondolići, close to the historic town of Labin. Perched on a hill, it offers breathtaking views of the sea, the island of Cres, and the peaks of Mount Učka. This unique property is the result of a family project dedicated to heritage preservation, involving the meticulous reconstruction of an authentic Istrian house from the early 20th century. Traditional crafts, original materials, and construction methods were employed in the restoration.
The enchanting Villa Malini in Gondolići comprises two houses with a cellar, boasting a total area of 226 m2. To preserve the necessary intimacy for socializing and relaxation, both houses are rented as a whole. The smaller house, designed as an open space up to the roof, provides ideal accommodation for 2 persons. It features a fully equipped bathroom, kitchen, dining room, living room with a fireplace and TV, and a romantic bedroom on a gallery. The larger house accommodates up to 6 people, offering three bedrooms, a living room with fireplace and TV, kitchen, and dining room. One bathroom is furnished as a relaxation area with a Finnish sauna. Villa Malini seamlessly blends new rustic-style furniture with lovingly restored antique pieces. Both houses offer modern amenities, including Max TV and free Wi-Fi. Air-conditioning is available in both houses, along with two parking spaces.
Encircled by authentic Istrian stone walls, Villa Malini's numerous stone terraces are adorned with flowers and Mediterranean plants, creating a picturesque setting. The beautifully landscaped courtyard features a refreshing 9x4.5m pool with counter-current swimming and a children's pool with overflow. Guests can utilize the outdoor fireplace for family and friends' barbecues.
The property also encompasses a vast plot of 7000m2 with preserved stone walls, manicured lawns, and mature fruit trees—an ideal space for children's play, walking, and sporting activities. Nearby, a walking/bike path connects Rabac to Skitača and the end of the Labin peninsula, providing guests with the opportunity to immerse themselves in the unspoiled Mediterranean nature. Just 2 km away, numerous bays with sandy beaches and secluded spots surrounded by pine trees offer ideal settings for swimming and relaxation. Labin's old town provides an authentic experience of Mediterranean architecture, with narrow streets, tall façades, galleries, museums, monuments, and churches. Cultural and entertainment events, including concerts, performances, and exhibitions, take place in picturesque locations throughout the summer. For those seeking vibrant nightlife, the nearby town of Rabac is the perfect destination. If you desire to experience Istria in its original charm while enjoying the comforts of modern living, relishing the tranquility of untouched nature, and having diverse holiday activities at your fingertips, Villa Malini is the ideal choice for you!

Die Villa Malini ist wirklich so gut wie jeder Hinsicht ein Juwel von
einer Villa. Herzliche Begrüßung durch die Besitzerin Cecilia. Definitiv
alles was man braucht ist vorhanden . Die Gartenanlage ist einzigartig
grün, schön und gepflegt . Hunde fühlen sich hier mit viel Schatten
sehr wohl. Die Aussicht aufs Meer ist wirklich wunderschön. Auch der
Pool samt Anlage ist super . Mit Labin als Einkaufsstadt in 10 Minuten
Nähe hat man alles, was man braucht . Alles in allem höchst
empfehlenswert .

vergeben. Alles andere wäre gelogen. Vielen Dank nochmal an Cecilija
und ihren sehr netten Papa. LG Mario und Familie

Herz eingerichtet. Die Besitzer haben uns sehr herzlich empfangen.
Sie sind total nett und sehr unkompliziert. Wir werden gerne
