Located in the village of Veliki Vareški, not far from Krnica, this perfect oasis of peace can accommodate up to 8 guests, and has 3 bedrooms with 3 spacious bathrooms. The modern kitchen is fully equipped and ready to prepare your delicious Mediterranean dishes. The large living room is a wonderful relaxation area, complete with a two-seater, three-seater and armchair, and a large LCD satellite TV. The whole room exudes tranquility precisely because of the pastel soft shades, so it is quite certain that the house will give you the rest you really want. The villa is fully air conditioned and offers free WiFi as well as a parking space by the road.
Although the interior is very modern, the exterior is dominated by solid Istrian stone and rustic details with which you will certainly experience a true Istrian tradition. Next to the paved part of the yard there is a private pool, and next to it there are deck chairs ideal for sunbathing and drinking cold drinks. In the yard there is barbecue equipment, but also an outdoor dining area in the shade under the trees.

Booking.com; "Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig und ist nur mit dem Auto zu erreichen – was uns nicht gestört hat. Unsere Gastgeberin Nataliija war so lieb und hat sogar meine Eltern vom Flughafen abgeholt, weil wir mit dem Auto später ankamen. Wir wurden herzlich begrüßt und es gab sogar frisches Obst und Getränke als Willkommengeschenk. Die nächsten Supermärkte sind etwa 20 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt in Pula (Lidl, Kaufland etc.), hier kann man zu normalen Preisen gut einkaufen. Das Haus ist liebevoll renoviert und eingerichtet. Die Fotos sind schon etwas älter, natürlich sind ein paar Sachen mittlerweile etwas abgenutzt, aber völlig in Ordnung und sehr gepflegt. Man merkt, dass das Haus kontinuierlich in Stand gesetzt und gepflegt wird. Der Pool wurde alle 2 bis 3 Tage gereinigt. Es gab ausreichend Handtücher und die Betten waren frisch bezogen. Alles in allem war es ein toller und sehr entspannender Urlaub in der Villa Lucia, wir können sie nur weiter empfehlen."
Airbnb; "Das Haus war sauber und ordentlich und voll augestattet. Dien Einrichtung entsprach der Beschreibung also alles sobwue man sich das wünscht. Man konnte die Gastgeberin jederzeit anschreiben und fragen stellen. Besonders zu schön ist die Privatsphäre auf den eigenen Grundstück."
Airbnb; "Naktsmītne atradās klusā, ainaviskā ciematiņā 20 min., attālumā no Pulas. Viss atbilda bildēs redzētajam. Baseins palīdzēja relaksēties un baudīt klusumu pusdienas svelmē. Bija vieta, kur cepām gaļu, ko likt plašajā virtuvē uz galda. Visiem mums patika šeit uzturēties un domājam, ka vēl atgriezīsimies. Paldies."
