Villa Nona is a new, beautiful, modernly designed luxury villa. Besides its original design, the interior is equipped with high-quality and carefully designed furniture. The property consists of a living room with a view of the crystal-clear swimming pool and nicely cultivated garden. The living room also has an exit to a beautiful covered terrace with an outdoor dining table, perfect for meals with your family and friends. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances. The dining room and living room are on the ground floor and one double bedroom with its own bathroom. Three other double en-suite bedrooms with their own bathrooms are located on the first floor. Air conditioning is available in each bedroom and in the living room. Wi-Fi, satellite TV, PlayStation 4 gaming console, PlayStation VR, a gym with a treadmill and a stationary bike, as well as a billiards table, a foosball table and table tennis are also provided for your entertainment. In the garden, you can enjoy sun loungers by the 36 m2 swimming pool. In the immediate vicinity of the villa (50 m), there is a famous restaurant offering local specialties, as well as an adrenaline park. We can guarantee that this will be a vacation you won't forget!
Villa Nona is situated in the small village of Kringa, located above the Lim Fjord. For centuries shrouded in secrets and legends about vampires, it is, therefore, an all the more frequent destination for tourists. It is well known for the hiking trails of the stone walls, which are the trademark of the place. Near Kringa is Tinjan, the center of the municipality and the Istrian prosciutto. The owner is engaged in the production of Istrian pasta. Kringa is an ideal location close to all major touristic village in Istria, 20-min drive you need to get to the west cost of Istria.

Wir hatten eine ausgezeichnete Woche in dieser Villa. Es war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet mit allem, was wir brauchten. Der Gastgeber Marco empfing uns bei der Ankunft in der Unterkunft und war äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Als er uns traf, versorgte er uns sogar mit ein paar Leckereien (Getränke und hausgemachte kroatische Süßspeise). Wir hatten drei erwachsene Kinder bei uns und sie hatten alles, was sie brauchten, um sich zu unterhalten, einschließlich eines tollen Spielzimmers und Spielen im Freien zum Spielen. Marco brachte uns sogar Kuchen und Wein mit, als wir abreisten, für unseren Sohn, der während unseres Aufenthalts seinen 21. Geburtstag feierte. Wir waren sehr traurig, als wir abreisen mussten, und können diesen Gastgeber und die Villa nur wärmstens empfehlen. Wir würden sehr gerne wiederkommen. Perfekter Urlaub, ordentlich, sauber. Es hat alles, was Sie für einen angenehmen Urlaub brauchen. Empfohlen für Familien mit Kindern. Wir kommen nächstes Jahr wieder und freuen uns darauf. Wir empfehlen die Taverne, das Essen ist ausgezeichnet und die Preise sind erschwinglich. Ljiljana 08/2024
