Located in a small village of Gregi, the beautiful Villa Jakob offers accommodation for up to 8 people in a pleasant and quiet environment. Decorated with stone details, it's a perfect blend of modern design and traditional details of this area. The interior of the villa is decorated with style and lots of beautiful details that will give you a sense of luxury. The villa is divided into ground floor and first floor, on the ground floor there is a living room, a guest toilet, an equipped kitchen and a double bedroom with private bathroom. On the first floor there are three bedrooms with three en suite bathrooms and a roofed terrace with a seating area where you can enjoy in morning coffee. In the landscaped courtyard (700 m2), the villa offers to its guests a private pool (60 m2), and for additional relaxation there is a sauna. When sunbathing, you can enjoy the beautiful surroundings that stretch around the villa. Enjoy shared dinners with family and friends with a barbecue in the outdoor kitchen and spend unforgettable evenings that will surely be remembered for a long time. Beautiful Istrian beaches stretch to the western part of the Istrian peninsula, and the nearest is located in Porec and 18 km from the villa. Visit the Istrian pearls of Rovinj and Poreč, a 30-minute drive away. If you are a fan of adrenaline then be sure to visit the Adrenaline Park in Kringa. Explore this beautiful area and we are sure you will fall in love with the Istrian climate.

Trotz der Tatsache, dass es sich bei uns um eine Jugendgruppe von 9 Personen handelte, war es uns gestatten die Villa zu beziehen. Außerdem wurden wir genauso freundlich empfangen und anfänglich begleitet als wären wir eine "normale" Gruppe aus mehreren Familien. Dies erfreute uns vor allem weil die meisten vergleichbaren Häuser in der Region in Gänze auf den Ausschluss von Jugendgruppen bestehen. Die Einrichtung des Hauses ist hochklassig und auch der Außenbereich ist modern und voller Erholungsmöglichkeiten. Es steht ein großer Kühlschrank inklusive Eiswürfelmaschine, eine Spülmaschine ebenso wie eine Waschmaschine zur Verfügung. Jedes Zimmer besitzt ein eigenes Bad mit toller Regendusche. Im Außenbereich befindet sich ein großer Pool, ein Whirlpool, eine kleine Saune für bis zu 6 Personen und eine atmosphärische Grillstelle mit großer Terrasse und vielen Liegen, der Garten ist allerdings nicht wirklich groß. Der Weg in die nächst größeren Städte und zum Meer umfasst 20-30 Minuten mit dem Auto, allerdings gibt es schon näherliegende Möglichkeiten um beispielsweise einzukaufen. Abschließend bleibt zu sagen, dass die Unterkunft ein wirklich schönes Ambiente bot und es ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt war. Sehr zu empfehlen! July, 2022.
