Two spacious living rooms, complete with smart TVs and fireplaces, offer an ideal setting for gatherings with loved ones. Outside, the villa's courtyard presents a delightful pool and jacuzzi, encircled by ten inviting sun loungers. Ensuring privacy and security, the property is enveloped by a stone wall and fence. A range of amenities awaits guests, including mini soccer, volleyball, a children's playground, bicycles, and an outdoor fireplace. Please note that Villa Silvia does not cater to youth groups or bachelor parties, defined as groups comprising individuals under 30 years of age.
