Settle in this house that can host up to 6 people, the perfect choice for a larger family or a group of friends looking for an escape from everyday life. In this fully air-conditioned, beautifully furnished villa, you will find everything you need for a vacation with the feeling of your own home. There are three bedrooms at your disposal, two with a double bed and one with two single beds, all located on the first floor of the house. There are also two bathrooms with showers, one on the ground floor and one on the first floor of the villa. On the spacious ground floor, you will find a modern, fully equipped kitchen with a dining table, as well as a comfortable living room for pleasant moments spent in the company of loved ones. Sliding doors lead you from the ground floor to a charmingly decorated courtyard, where you will first notice an outdoor dining table with a grill area, for preparing delicious meals during hot summer evenings. There is also a spacious pool with sun loungers, where you can relax after swimming. The villa is surrounded by a stone wall as well as an olive grove, which offers you perfect privacy.
The villa is located in the quiet town of Juricani, not far from Umag in the north of Istria. You will find the Adriatic Sea and beautiful beaches only 6 km away, while the first restaurants are located in the immediate vicinity of the villa. The airport in Pula is 88 km away, while the border crossing with Slovenia is only 12 km away.
