New modern luxury house, situated on a private plot with large garden and pool. Situated on a private plot of 850 m2. On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with fireplace and sitting area, a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen with electric cooker, fridge + freezer, coffee machine, microwave, oven, toaster and dishwasher. Also bedroom with double bed, bathroom with shower and laundry with washing machine, iron and ironing board. On the first floor are two bedrooms with double bed, bedroom with two single beds, bathroom with shower, a covered terrace with a perfect view of the pool and the garden. On the lower ground floor the guests have a summer kitchen with big dining table and a bathroom with shower on their disposal. The villa is fully air-conditioned and equipped with satellite TV and free Wi-Fi. There is a private car park for your car. Villa Vesna is perfect for a relaxing holiday in luxury.!

It is only 17 km from Porec and the nearest beaches Plava and Zelena Laguna. Wunderschönes, gepflegtes Ferienhaus mit Blick über die Wiesen und Felder. Moderne, gepflegte Innenausstattung, Küche mit Vollausstatung. Super nette, freundliche Eigentümer- Ein Haus welches man uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen kann. ( august 2023)

Wir haben sehr schöne Tage in der Villa Vesna verbracht. Die Villa ist sehr gut ausgestattet, das Haus und auch der Garten ist sehr gepflegt. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Geschirr, Gläser , Handtücher, Geschirrtücher ist alles reichlich vorhanden. Auch der große Hauswirtschaftsraum ist super eingerichtet. Bei unserer Ankunft lag schon eine Flasche Wasser im Kühlschrank !!! Die Villa ist sehr schön eingerichtet ,mit schönen Bildern an den Wänden , und auch die Möbeln sind schön hell und modern. Für uns war es die perfekte Unterkunft. Das Gastgeber Ehepaar ist sehr aufmerksam und freundlich!!!! :) :) Vielen Dank für diese schöne Unterkunft!!!
