With traditional-style furnishings and stone-covered walls, the air-conditioned villa promises a unique holiday experience while providing the luxuries of a modern home. It includes 3 comfortable bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and 3 bathrooms with a shower. For your pure pleasure, there is also an indoor wellness room with a hydromassage pool as well as a sauna. The outdoor area also provides a great place for you to relax and enjoy the company of your favorite people. There is a large heated swimming pool with several sun loungers, where you can dry off following a swim or simply soak in the sun. In addition, you can use the outdoor barbecue grill and share a delicious meal out in the open on the terrace next to the pool. This authentic Istrian villa is located in Gračišće, a village on a hill not far from the town of Pazin in the very heart of the Istrian peninsula. Rupa, the major border crossing between Croatia and Slovenia, is around 70 km away, while Pula Airport can be reached in less than an hour from Gračišće (50 km). The village is conveniently near Učka Nature Park, while the nearest beach is a bit more than 20 km away on the eastern coast of Istria.
One of the most remarkable particularities of Gračišće is its urban structure: the town, once surrounded by walls, is divided into districts of which every one has its own square with a church. The most representative is, of course, the town centre – the Plac, with the church dedicated to the Mother of God, the chapel of St. Anthony and the Salomon Palace. This part can be accessed through the West Gate with a Loggia erected in 1549. On the other side of the Gate the street splits left towards the Parish Church of Sts. Vitus, Modestus and Crescentia, and to the right towards the residential district around the square and the church of St. Pancras dating back into the 14th century. The street going along this church used to lead towards the south town gate.
