The villa is perfect for relaxed holidays with family or friends and is ready to offer you everything you need. This fully air-conditioned villa with its 150 m2 living space spreads over two floors and accommodates up to six people.

The ground floor features a living room, a well-equipped modern kitchen, a dining room, and a bathroom. The first floor contains three double bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom.

Most leisure time you will likely spend on the outdoor terrace, which features a 30 m2 pool, sun loungers for relaxation, and a dining area.

Additional amenities include table tennis and a squash court, shared by prior arrangement with the guests of the neighbour's house

The garden is fully fenced, and you will have three parking spaces at your disposal.
