This fully air-conditioned villa with its 150 m2 living space spreads over two floors and accommodates up to six people.
The ground floor features a living room, a well-equipped modern kitchen, a dining room, and a bathroom. The first floor contains three double bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom.
Most leisure time you will likely spend on the outdoor terrace, which features a 30 m2 pool, sun loungers for relaxation, and a dining area.
Additional amenities include table tennis and a squash court, shared by prior arrangement with the guests of the neighbour's house
The garden is fully fenced, and you will have three parking spaces at your disposal.

Wirklich empfehlenswerte Unterkunft - Perfekt ausgestattet und sehr freundlich!!!! Lage Perfekt, Haus wie dargestellt, Sehr freundliche Betreuung, Super Ausgangspunkt für Radtouren, Funtana / Vrsar / Porec ganz leicht per Fahrrad erreichbar; Perfekter Gatsgeber
Sehr ruhiger Platz. Nicht so weit vom Meer. Sehr gute Ausstattung des Hauses. Sehr gute Kommunikation mit dem Hausbesitzer. Ich würde es jedem empfehlen, wer die Ruhe sucht.
