Valbandon is a small place settled along the western Istrian coast near Pula. It is a part of Community of Fažana and counts less than two thousand inhabitants. But during the summer season lots of people love coming here because of the sea, fully equipped camp and gastronomic potential. Valbandon has a long pebble beach that offers a perfect holiday position for families with children. This place also has a historical value. Due to its wonderful position, right across Brijuni Archipelago, the area was inhabited during the Roman Era. There are archeological findings of luxurious rustic villas with wonderful floor mosaics, frescoes, sculptures and even an antique water system. The place was abandoned between 16th and 19th century and that is how Valbandon was named: vale abandonata or abandoned valley.

Wir waren mit 8 Personen (6 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder) im August 2019 dort. Das Haus ist super sauber, und modern und toll ausgestattet. Sämtliches Mobiliar und Zubehör sind in einem tadellosen Zustand. Es ist wirklich alles vorhanden, was den Urlaub zu einem Erlebnis werden lässt! Das Haus, sowie der Pool samt Außenanlagen ist exakt so wie auf den Fotos; einfach traumhaft!! Der Eigentümer Elvis ist rund um die Uhr zu erreichen, und kümmert sich beispiellos um das Wohlbefinden seiner Gäste, vielen Dank nochmals dafür!! Ohne wenn und aber weiter zu empfehlen!! Volle Punkte bei meiner Bewertung!!! Wirklich Spitze!!!
Wir waren im Juli 2018 zu Gast in diesem Haus (6 Erw. + 1 Kind + 1 Baby + 1 Hund). Für Hund ideal, kann sich richtig schön austoben dort. Das Haus ist sehr modern; kleiner Geschirrspüler sowie eine Waschmaschine ist vorhanden, jedes Zimmer mit eigenem Bad/WC und Klimaanlage. Bettwäsche sowie Handtücher vorhanden und werden auf Wunsch auch gerne getauscht. Das einzige das unsere Meinung nach noch fehlen würde, ist ein 2. Sonnenschirm für die Terrasse da hier doch den ganzen Tag die Sonne hinscheint und dort der Terrassen-Tisch steht. Sofern man nicht gut zu Fuß ist sollte man den Weg zum Strand (Valbandon, Campingplatz Bi Village) mit dem Auto zurücklegen da es doch ein schönes Stück zu gehen ist, vor allem hat man keinen Gehsteig wo man gut und gemütlich schlendern kann sondern man geht - zumindest anfangs, bis zur Einfahrt Richtung Campingplatz - direkt neben/auf der Straße. Es gibt einen Gratis Parkplatz beim Strand. Supermarkt (Plodine) ist auch mit dem Auto in ein paar Minuten zu erreichen. Ansonsten hat man in ca. 10-15 Minuten (Richtung Pula) einen Lidl oder auch die Pula City Mall mit Interspar, DM, Müller, Deichmann usw. Hier jedoch eher gleich in der Früh oder später Nachmittag hinfahren da man sonst im Stau steht. Das Haus ist wirklich sehr zum empfehlen! Sehr nette Gastgeber :-)!
Wir waren im Juli 2017 für zwei Wochen als Großfamilie mit 2 Erwachsenen, 4 Kindern, 2 Babys und zwei Hunden in der Villa Viviana. Bei unserer Ankunft um 21 Uhr wurden wir von den Besitzern herzlich empfangen - Elvis und Viviana haben unseren Kühlschrank bereits gefüllt, damit wird für den nächsten Tag ein Frühstück haben. Das Haus dürfte erst vor kurzem gebaut worden sein, denn es ist alles noch sehr neu und die Ausstattung ist sehr geschmackvoll und modern. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Meer und der Supermarkt sind nur ein paar Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Ich kann es jedem empfehlen hier Urlaub zu machen. Chris
