Villa Vally is a renovated old stone house located at the edge of the village Dračevac, just 9 km from Poreč and it beaches.

The house has been built in the year 1960 and completely renovated and furnished in the year 2013. During the reconstruction, only the original materials have been used in order to preserve the originality of this sympathic house. Located on its own, 950 sqm large ground, the guests of the Villa Vally have at their disposal a 24 sqm large swimming pool with sunbeds, a summer kitchen with a large covered terrace with table and chairs, as well as two covered parking places.

Villa with pool for 6 persons with a living area of 120 sqm. At the ground floor there's a living room with sitting set and satellite TV, a completely equipped kitchen with dishes and dining table for 6 persons, as well as a shower/toilet with sauna. From the kitchen and the living room there are exits to the large covered terrace with summer kitchen. At the 1st floor there are three double bedrooms with french beds and satellite TV, as well as a separate toilet.

NOTE: The pool can be used in the period 01.05. - 31.10.

Mückengitter bei der Eingangs- und Küchentüre wäre sehr empfehlenswert. Stechmücken waren eine echte Plage. Bäume rund herum nehmen viel von der Aussicht.

Ein wunderschönes Haus in guter Lage, mit gutem Flair. Habe schon lange nicht mehr einen Urlaub in so einem guten Ambiente verbringen können. Wir kommen sicher wieder.
