Set on a fully fenced 1,000 m² plot, Villa Rupena offers 137 m² of carefully designed interior space. The bright, open-concept living area is filled with natural light, featuring a comfortable sofa, flat-screen TV, fireplace, and direct access to the terrace. The fully equipped kitchen with a central island and modern appliances invites you to prepare delicious meals, while the dining area is perfect for shared breakfasts or dinners under candlelight.
The villa accommodates up to 8 guests in four beautifully appointed bedrooms. On the mezzanine floor, you'll find three double bedrooms—two with access to a shared terrace—and a full bathroom. A cozy playroom in the attic offers two single beds, perfect for children. An additional shower/toilet is located on the ground floor, as well as a private garage accessible from inside the house.
Step outside and discover your private outdoor paradise. The private swimming pool is surrounded by lush greenery and equipped with comfortable loungers for sun-soaked afternoons. Preis-Leistung super. Ein toller Gastgeber, der jederzeit erreichbar war und hilfreiche Tipps gegeben hat. Mit dem Auto ist das Meer und so gut wie jede Stadt in einer Stunde zu erreichen. Fußläufig ist ein Supermarkt, der alles bietet.
We had a wonderful stay at Samuel’s house and really enjoyed our holiday. The house was very well equipped and we had everything we needed. Our children absolutely loved the pool! With some mosquito protection and the air conditioning, the nights were very comfortable as well. Samuel was an excellent host – very friendly, welcoming and always quick to respond. Whenever we had a question or needed anything, he took care of it immediately and made sure everything was sorted out. We really appreciated how attentive and helpful he was throughout our stay. We can highly recommend Samuel and his house and would be very happy to come back!
It is a great house for spending a few quiet days. The house is lovely, large, and spacious. The pool was very clean and well-maintained throughout our stay. And also the kitchen is very well-equipped. The house is in a great location – you can walk to the grocery store (just 2 minutes away), yet you enjoy plenty of privacy and are surrounded by nature. Samuel was a lovely host; he always responded quickly to all our questions and was consistently helpful. We can highly recommend the villa!
