Villa Akazija is a detached haven of tranquility situated on approximately 12,000 m2 of land in Istria, just 2 km from the town of Buzet. With a spacious garden, pool, and breathtaking views of the Mirna Valley and Ćićarija Mountains, this architectural beauty provides an unforgettable experience. With 250 m2 of living space, four bedrooms (three with double beds and one with two single beds), each with its own en-suite bathroom, this villa is perfect for relaxation. The expansive living room, fully equipped kitchen with a large pantry, and outdoor space with a pool, terrace, summer kitchen, and barbecue offer everything you need for a comfortable stay. Two terraces on the upper floor provide additional relaxation space. The villa is furnished with modern, high-quality furniture, and central air conditioning, underfloor heating, and a fireplace make it pleasant throughout the year. Furthermore, the large garden provides space for exploring the Mediterranean nature, playing on the lawn, table tennis, and relaxation under the sun. The location allows for hiking, cycling, and exploring nearby attractions and activities such as wine tasting, Istrian truffle experiences, and visits to medieval towns. Final cleaning 250 €/per stay - Payment is made in cash on the day of arrival. The actual electricity consumption is not included in the price. Upon check-out/departure, electricity consumption will be measured, and the cost will be deducted from the deposit. The estimated consumption is approximately 150 € per week.
